About the role

Do you want to learn how to give customers a structured and smooth start with SaaS software? As a Customer Success Intern, you will be part of our Customer Success team and help customers successfully use and implement Aqqo. You will support colleagues with onboardings, implementations, and customer questions, and learn how to guide customers from initial setup to successful daily use.

You will work in the same team as our Implementation Consultants and Customer Success Managers. You will have the opportunity to observe and contribute to projects for, among others, municipalities, sports facilities, and hotels in the Netherlands and Belgium.

What will you do

During your internship, you will contribute to various areas within Customer Success and implementation. Depending on your study program, learning goals, and internship days, you may work on:

  • Supporting implementations and onboardings of new customers.
  • Contributing to implementation plans, customer documentation, and training materials.
  • Helping configure and check customer environments in Aqqo.
  • Observing customer conversations, training sessions, and project meetings.
  • Analyzing customer questions and ensuring clear follow-up.
  • Collecting and structuring customer feedback for the Customer Success and Product teams.
  • Thinking along about how we can improve our onboarding, support, and customer communication.

About you

  • You are following an MBO 4 or HBO program, for example Business IT & Management, HBO-ICT, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or Commercial Economics.
  • You are looking for an internship from 31 August 2026 to 1 February 2027.
  • You are interested in SaaS, software, customer processes, and digital solutions.
  • You enjoy working in a customer-oriented way and making complex information understandable.
  • You are curious, accurate, and able to take on tasks independently.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, both with colleagues and customers.
  • You work in a structured way, document agreements properly, and follow up on actions carefully.
  • You dare to ask questions, give feedback, and contribute ideas for improvements.
  • Bonus: you have an affinity with data, process optimization, accounting, or software implementations.
