Through the planning system, hall managers have the opportunity to create plans online and in an organized manner. Managers can log into the planning system at any time of the day, regardless of their location, and instantly make bookings for sports halls. All reservations for the hall that have been received via the reservation system are visible here for the manager. Then they can approve or reject the requests. After all, you want to be able to decide who books your gymnastics hall.

Collaborating in the planning system

With Aqqo's planning system, you can log in and work with multiple employees simultaneously. For example, it is possible for the treasurer to be busy with invoicing for the gymnastics hall, while the manager is creating a recurring reservation for the athletics hall. The planning system allows you to work with varying levels of access rights so that not every manager has visibility into all aspects. You can provide a facility staff member with 'read-only' rights, and a financial staff member with access only to the financial menu.

Scheduling reservations for halls

As a manager, you can book incidental reservations for your sports hall or create a series of bookings. Such a series of bookings is also known as a recurring booking in the planning system. With this, you can make weekly and bi-weekly bookings. This way, you can make a booking every Saturday or every other Saturday from 08:00 to 15:00. It is also possible to make monthly bookings. This allows you to have bookings every first Wednesday of the month or, for example, every 15th day of the month.
