International Solutions Consultant

As International Solutions Consultant at Aqqo, you guide new international customers through the first, crucial phase of their journey with us. You combine commercial insight with product expertise to make sure each trajectory is feasible, scalable, and set up for long-term success.

You're the go-to contact for international prospects — from initial conversations and scoping to early onboarding. You evaluate fit, translate customer needs into platform configurations, and ensure a smooth handover to our Implementation and Customer Success teams.

This isn’t a traditional sales role. It’s a senior, cross-functional position that sits between sales, onboarding, and product.

• Lead commercial and solution-focused conversations with international prospects
• Assess whether client needs align with Aqqo’s platform and roadmap
• Advise on scope, setup, and implementation strategy for new international clients
• Act as the single point of contact throughout pre-sales and early onboarding
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success
• Manage initial configurations and onboarding steps for international customers
• Ensure timely and clear handovers to Implementation or Customer Success
• Identify structural differences between countries and help translate those into product or process improvements
• Contribute actively to internal knowledge around international implementations

You’ll also have the authority to pause or redirect a trajectory if feasibility, scope, or quality is at risk.

You bring experience, judgment, and a strong sense of ownership. You’re comfortable navigating complexity and leading international conversations.

You:

• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience
• Bring experience in SaaS consultancy, solution engineering, implementation, or pre-sales
• Can confidently lead both commercial and technical conversations
• Are fluent in business-level English and German (spoken and written)
• Can deliver presentations and onboarding in both languages
• Are analytical and quick to understand business processes
• Keep quality front and center, even when it means saying “no”
• Work independently and take ownership of your projects
• Enjoy working in an informal, professional environment

This is a senior-level role with high autonomy and decision-making authority.
