As part of Aqqo, commercial booking allows both members and non-members to easily reserve tennis or padel courts. Through the reservation system, renters can immediately view court availability. Members indicate their fellow players via a privacy-safe code, and the system calculates any amount due. Commercial booking offers great opportunities for clubs with many free courts—non-members or tourists can be accommodated commercially.
Availability
Regular and occasional renters can easily find an available tennis or padel court. Other rentable items such as a boardroom can also be included in the system.
Facilities
Offer extras directly such as racket rentals or the purchase of a can of balls. Through the webshop module, you can also sell multi-use cards.
Payment with iDEAL
Direct reservations can be settled with various online payment methods. This makes it possible to require renters to pay online before their booking is confirmed.
Members book for free
The webshop module allows memberships to be linked to existing members. Non-members can also purchase a membership via the webshop. Based on this membership, the applicable rate is determined. When fellow players are indicated with the special code, the system checks that everyone has a valid membership.
Non-members pay or become members
Non-members can pay directly online via iDEAL or PayPal. They can also purchase a multi-use card that covers multiple hours in one go.
