About the role

Do you want to give our customers a structured and smooth start? As an Implementation Consultant, you advise and guide customers to successfully implement their accommodation rental process into our Central Reservation System (CRS).

You will make a major contribution by bringing in your experience as a consultant with government clients. Together with your colleagues, you will implement our SaaS solution and make a direct impact for our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to work with the top 50 municipalities in the Netherlands and Belgium.

What will you do

  • Guide implementations and onboardings from A to Z.
  • Draft implementation plans and give training sessions to clients.
  • Configure the system together with the client.
  • Make on-the-fly adjustments in the client environment if needed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients during implementation projects.
  • Set up and closely follow the implementation plan.
  • Keep stakeholders and team members accountable at the right moments.
  • Escalate when necessary and take concise notes.
  • nsure customers are highly satisfied (not just a 7, but at least a 9).
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Prioritize and share customer feedback with the Product Owner.
  • Manage client expectations realistically and maintain regular contact.

About you

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a consultant or project leader.
  • You have experience with software implementations at municipalities.
  • You have accounting knowledge and understand the importance of revenue recognition completeness.
  • Bonus: knowledge of POS, lighting, access control, and building management systems.
  • You are stress-resistant, independent, and flexible.
  • You take responsibility with clients and act professionally in difficult situations.
  • You are accurate, document tasks clearly, and follow them up properly.
