Event Coordinator

As Event Coordinator at Aqqo, you’ll be responsible for planning and managing our events. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly—from preparation and scheduling to execution and follow-up.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team and external partners, taking ownership of the practical organization of events. These include trade shows, customer gatherings, internal events, and partner meetups. You handle the logistics so the team can focus on content and connections.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role where structure and coordination are key.

• Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and meetups
• Create and manage timelines and runbooks
• Coordinate with venues, suppliers, and external partners
• Organize materials, catering, and logistics
• Support invitations, registrations, and event communications
• Ensure smooth preparation and flawless execution
• Evaluate events and document improvements
• Align event priorities with the marketing team

• Work in a structured, organized way
• Have experience planning events or similar activities
• Communicate easily with colleagues and external parties
