About the role
Are you ready to strengthen our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)?
Do you have experience as an SDR, or do you bring relevant sales expertise and domain knowledge? For example, experience in sports accommodations, public real estate, meeting venues, or community centers? And are you looking for a challenging role in the tech world?
What will you do
- Generate and qualify Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through a domain-based approach.
- Open doors with prospects and conduct qualification conversations.
- Map out SQLs (DMUs, requirements, challenges) and guide them through their decision-making process.
- Know when to involve colleagues (founders or specialists) and do so in time.
- Deliver 10-minute pitches and tell our story convincingly.
- Provide SQLs with insights into the product and their market challenges.
- Conduct on-site meetings if needed to strengthen engagement.
- Help SQLs make the right choices for their application landscape (POS, accounting, access control, lighting, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Development Representative to align efforts.
- Report weekly in sales meetings.
- Assist with new ideas to continuously improve the sales team.
- Get involved in customer onboarding to fully learn the system, occasionally acting as an implementation consultant or project lead.
About you
- 5+ years of experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role.
- Strong persuasiveness and confidence.
- Experience working with or within municipalities.
- Eager to become a domain advisor in sports accommodations, POS, access control, lighting, and building management.
- Stress-resistant, independent, and flexible.
- Open to occasionally helping out in other areas (marketing, onboarding, customer success).
- Take responsibility with customers and act professionally in challenging situations.
- Accurate, structured, and proactive in documenting and following up on actions in CRM.
