Requests come in via the online portal; Aqqo instantly generates branded proposals with rooms, packages, and AV. Once approved, Function Sheets and department-specific schedules (banqueting, technical, front office) are created automatically.
For multi-day events, Aqqo links the correct rooms, products, and times per day. Through the PMS integration, room charges and folio items are synchronized, while room rental and packages flow directly into Aqqo’s Invoicing. Deposits and final payments are processed via Online Payments; bar/banqueting spend is added via the POS integration and consolidated into a single invoice. Finance automatically synchronizes invoices and payments with accounting.
Operationally, Narrowcasting displays show sessions and wayfinding. Management gains insights through Financial Reports or custom BI dashboards. Multi-location and multi-brand support provide centralized policies and reporting, with clear separation per property, room, and sales channel.
