On the event floor, Function Sheets provide clear instructions, and Narrowcasting displays sessions and wayfinding on screens. Extras from the bar or foyer are linked to the same client via POS integration and combined on a single invoice.
Finance automates deposits and installment payments with Online Payments and prepares bulk invoicing per event or client; everything synchronizes with the accounting system. Management uses Financial Reports or custom BI dashboards for insights. Multi-location support ensures one central source of truth with availability, rates, and reporting per venue or brand.
