Acerca del puesto

As Partner Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and expanding our relationships with software partners. Your goal is to ensure that partners are positioning Aqqo Finance accurately and effectively to their customers, leading to a steady and qualified pipeline of implementations.

You’ll work with different types of partners, each with their own dynamics. With accounting partners, the focus is on content, quality, and scope. With POS and PMS partners, the focus is on scalability, volume, and standardization. You’ll maintain a healthy balance between these types of partnerships and align closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.

This is a commercial role, but not classic sales. Success isn’t about chasing the most deals—it’s about creating high-quality, executable projects that support sustainable growth.

¿Qué harás?

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing integration partners
  • Ensure Aqqo Finance is accurately and realistically positioned by partners
  • Build scalable partnerships with POS and PMS vendors
  • Develop in-depth collaborations with accounting systems and networks
  • Assess partner requests based on scope, complexity, and feasibility
  • Align with implementation consultants on capacity, planning, and standardization
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with potential partners
  • Define and monitor partner agreements
  • Track partner performance and incoming leads
  • Flag issues in the partner or implementation process and help solve them

You’ll have the authority to adjust or stop partner projects when quality, scope, or feasibility are at risk.

Acerca de ti

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level thinking and working
  • Experience in partnerships, sales, or business development within SaaS or IT
  • Affinity with accounting software, POS systems, PMS platforms, and integrations
  • Understanding of implementation processes and project-based services
  • Ability to assess commercial opportunities in relation to delivery feasibility
  • A focus on predictability, quality, and forward planning
  • Clear communication with both partners and internal teams
  • Confidence to say “no” when a project isn’t the right fit
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Comfortable in a professional, informal environment with short lines of communication
